Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
•Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
•3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
•Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, evaluation, training & development
•Good understanding of Philippine labour laws
•Proficient in MS Office, HR software such as ATS,& HRIS
•Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Good decision-making skills
•Strong ethical standards
